PayPal requires you to complete the PayPal Seller agreement before PayPal will transfer money to your account. This process is called “PayPal Seller Onboarding” and is only required once per PayPal account. You must complete PayPal Seller Onboarding before you can publish an Offer via Duzy’s system.
Once complete, you will see a “Seller onboarding is done” badge here in the Duzy admin screen.
There are a couple of reasons that this process may not complete successfully
- You haven't validated your email with PayPal. Log into PayPal and go to your Profile Settings. Look for your email and click update. If you see the message below ("Primary, Unconfirmed") you must confirm your email with Paypal.
- Your PayPal account has multiple emails listed but the email you listed in the Duzy email isn't the 'primary' email you set up in your PayPal account. PayPal allows you to set up multiple emails for a single account. Only one email in your PayPal account is considered "primary", this is the one you must enter into the Duzy admin after Seller Onboarding has been completed. Note: you can use any email to complete the Seller Onboarding agreement but the Duzy admin must have the primary PayPal email to recognize that Seller Onboarding has been completed.
3. PayPal hasn't completed validating the information you submitted to verify your identity (personal and business). PayPal requires certain information from you to comply with financial industry regulation. Paypal resource "Complete your account set up to send and receive money"
